Here's the blueprint and some sort of tool. Get started building the gazebo.

Burnout: Exhausted, cynical, no self-efficacy.

Great. Another gazebo just like the last one. Who would ever...

And my back hurts!

Relational Crafting: Tweaking workplace interactions. Here, meeting the groundskeeper, who recommends a splash of color...

Hmm. We could use that to increase sales.

Boss, I don't usually ask for feedback, but I think I can make this a model gazebo! Whaddya think?

And I figured out that if we treat and paint the lumber before construction we'll cut so many steps from the process, we can make more beautiful gazebos without any more time or expense.
