Safety Tips
Keep Your Password Private
Never give your password to anyone - always keep it private. Only one person per account is allowed. If someone steals your password, you could get banned.
Keep Personal Information Private
Never post or tell anyone your real name, your phone number, where you live, or anything else that could be used to identify you in the real world. Make sure your screen name does not give away personal information.
Be Truthful About Your Age
Your age will not be shared with anyone on the website, but it is very important in tailoring your experience on Pixton. If you lie about your age, you just won't have as much fun! If you made a mistake when you submitted your age to Pixton, contact us and we'll update it for you, no problem!
Be Wary of Strangers
You never know who you are communicating with online. They may lie to you about their age and who they really are. If someone does something to make you feel uncomfortable on Pixton, tell your parents or contact us immediately!
Be Wary of Scammers
Anyone who asks, threatens, or tricks you for your password, is a scammer. We will never ask you for your password, so don't be fooled!
